On Wednesday 11th February 1pm - 2pm, we welcome Denise Rosembert to present on Clinical Credibility, System Impact: A Non-Traditional Route to Consultant-Level Prescribing Leadership.

Denise is pharmacist credentialed at consultant level specialising in biologics and advanced therapies; she has worked collaboratively as a key member of multidisciplinary teams including gastroenterology, rheumatology, vasculitis, and dermatology and has led multiprofessional colleagues in her former role as Lead Pharmacist for Biologics and Homecare at Cambridge University Hospitals.  With extensive experience, she has managed complex patient caseloads as an independent prescriber and has driven innovation in pharmacy, pharmacy homecare, optimisation of prescribing and development of workflows in Epic systems as a formerly certified Epic analyst.

On Thursday 12th March 1pm - 2pm, we welcome Emma Bines to present on a system approach to polypharmacy and medicines optimisation for older people.

Emma is a clinical pharmacist and has worked in the speciality of older people for more than 12 years. She is working in consultant pharmacist post, completing her credentialling through a portfolio.

Emma has a special interest in Parkinson's, completing her prescribing in this field 10 years ago and works closely with the specialist team Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge.
