On 27th February, we welcome Peter Cope, Head of Medicines Optimisation, Medical Directorate to present on their winning award 2024 innovation project - Intelligent targeting of Structured Medication Reviews and outcome monitoring.
The SMR accuracy in 22/23 to cohorts outlined in Network DES was only 54% and no incentive in 23/24.
The project aimed to created searches to match ePACT2 polypharmacy comparators designed in SystmOne, matched eligibility to each SMR Network DES specification cohort in SystmOne and validated cohort size to ePACT2 data.
