TariffWatch has been going for 20+ years. It was started by Andrew Martin to keep a track of the changes in the Drug Tariff and was intended to keep prescribing advisers aware of changes that affected their prescribing budgets. It's early days were very low technology and involved Andrew, a mug of coffee and two copies of the Drug Tariff.
Over the past 15 years, we've developed it using SQL technologies to be able to do the basic tracking that Andrew original envisaged but also to predict financial impacts of changes and, more recently, to monitor the impacts of stock issues.
